How can someone be happy to be un-happy? It makes no sense to a “reasonable” person, but they are out there. They are going to their counselor week after week, paying for service and yet they have no intention at all to change. Can they even see that they are so un-happy? Maye not. The rest of us can see it, for sure. That’s why we don’t answer their texts right away. Hoping that this time they will be positive, happy, grateful. Are you that un-happy person? You don’t have to be un-happy, or “that person”.
