The view for the leader is always changing! The view from behind the leader is only behind.
Sure it’s a play on words, but you know it’s true! Those behind the leader get to watch the leader’s backside. You could be the leader, if you wanted to lead. If you stepped out of your comfort zone. If…If…If… Those are pretty big “IF’s” and pretty big “Buts” viewed from behind the leader. Why not step out and take the lead. Why not Be a LEADER? You can lead, if you set your heart to it.
